Michelle Williams: National Board of Review Gala

Michelle Williams on January 11, 2011 arriving for the 2011 National Board of Review of Motion Pictures Gala in New York City. The Blue Valentine star chose this gorgeous black lace overlay Oscar de la Renta dress for the event. The dress had cap sleeves and revealed her neck and shoulders. Her really short, blonde hair looked perfect with this dress. Her short bangs were brushed forward and slightly side swept. Her makeup was simple and fresh. Her diamond earrings were by Fred Leighton. She looked lovely.
